Help and troubleshooting
Start with these checks if something does not look right.
Artwork looks cropped
Auto fit suggests upright hood or body placement. Choose Whole image to preserve the full image, or Fill to cover the layout and crop overflow. Switch between them whenever you like. Drag or use fine-tuning to reposition the subject, and Undo to restore a previous adjustment.
A preview is missing or busy
Wait for the current render to finish, then retry. Keep your browser cookies to retain access to guest projects. Download important finished designs for your own backup.
The car cannot find the PNG
Check the selected vehicle template, filename, file size, USB folder and supported drive format. The Transfer guide links to Tesla’s official requirements.
Reporting a problem
This is a private development preview. Tell the project owner which model and variant you chose, what action failed, and any visible error. A public support email and submission form have not been configured. Never include passwords or API keys.
